J.P. Fingado

President and Chief Executive Officer

J.P. Fingado is President and Chief Executive Officer of API Healthcare and has 20 years of senior-level healthcare information technology experience.  Previously, J.P. served as Vice President and General Manager of Cerner Corporation.  During his time at Cerner, he held several executive-level positions accountable for sales, operations, and research and development.  Prior to joining Cerner, J.P. was President and Chief Operating Officer of Dynamic Healthcare Technologies, a publicly held clinical software provider.   He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.

Peter Goepfrich

Chief Financial Officer

Peter oversees financial operations for API Healthcare. Goepfrich has 15 years of strategic and financial planning experience including more than seven years at Vital Images, Inc. where he was the CFO. In addition, Goepfrich spent seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he specialized in the auditing and consulting of private and public technology companies. Goepfrich received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from St. Mary's University in Winona, MN.

Lisa A. LaBau

Chief Operating Officer

Lisa LaBau is responsible for overseeing the successful adoption and use of API Healthcare products.  Her focus is on delivering a consistent, integrated and responsive client experience.   Prior to joining API Healthcare, Lisa was with Dynamic Healthcare Technologies for 10 years until acquired by Cerner Corporation in December 2001.  She remained at Cerner and was responsible for several product lines that were consistently ranked #1 by KLAS.  Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in science in Medical Technology at Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota.  As a medical technologist, she is part of American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).

Wes Staggs

Kathy Douglas, RN, MHA

Chief Nursing Officer

Kathy Douglas brings with her more than 30 years of clinical and technology experience. She is the founder and president of On Nursing Excellence, a not-for-profit organization focused on nursing excellence and the home of the Institute for Staffing Excellence and Innovation. Over the course of her career she has held several leadership positions in multiple healthcare and technology companies. Douglas’ clinical background is in Intensive Care Nursing and she has taught ICU Nursing as a volunteer in India. She also authors a regular column entitled Staffing Unleashed in Nursing Economics. Douglas holds a Masters degree from The University of San Francisco in Health Administration and is a graduate of Stanford Business School’s Executive Program.

Patrick Pomroy

Vice President of Corporate Development

Patrick is responsible for developing a formal corporate development strategy that will leverage API Healthcare's strengths and to create new avenues for value creation. With over 20 years of financial and management experience, Patrick has worked in a variety of industries including human capital software. Prior to joining API Healthcare, Patrick was the Vice President Corporate Controller at Omneon, Inc. where he was responsible for the process and consolidation of financial statements, revenue recognition, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. He graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of East Anglia in Norwich England. Patrick is a Chartered Accountant.

Bryan Dickerson

Vice President of Innovation

Bryan Dickerson oversees the design and development of all API Healthcare software and hardware. His priorities include the migration to new technologies, team building and strategic product expansion. He joined API Healthcare in 1989 as a programmer and has been integral in many corporate initiatives. Bryan has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point and is a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME).

Christine Hoxworth

Vice President of Marketing

Christine Hoxworth is responsible for developing and executing API Healthcare's marketing communication programs and integrating strategic initiatives with the company’s objectives.  Since joining API Healthcare in 1990, she has held several senior leadership positions, most recently as the Director of Sales.  A graduate of The University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Christine is also a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and American Marketing Association.

Jim Klink

Vice President of Strategic Accounts

 Jim Klink has been with API Healthcare since 1985 and has played a vital role in the success of the company.  Jim’s most recent role with the company was as the Vice President of Sales.  As Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Jim is responsible for building relationships with key accounts to ensure they are maximizing the value of their API Healthcare solutions.  He is a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).

Kyle Allain

Vice President and General Manager, Agency Solutions

Kyle has 15 years of experience in the healthcare technology industry.  He has built broad skills through various roles at Cerner, GE Healthcare, and Baxter Healthcare.  Kyle has experience in areas such as business development, market strategy, client account management, product development and client support.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical engineering from Texas A&M University, a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Masters of Engineering Management degree from Northwestern University.

Brian Shannon

Vice President of Engineering

Brian Shannon is responsible for software engineering and technical services at Concerro, managing the agile software development lifecycle from requirements, application development, and quality assurance to client deployment and system maintenance. Shannon brings more than 14 years of design, development, and technical leadership on Java and .NET platforms. His experience ranges from architecture to web development to software development processes for both B2B and B2C systems. In addition, he provides over 5 years of agile software development coaching and leadership in the successful transformation of organizations into streamlined agile processes and methodologies.

Shannon graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a degree in Computer Science. He also holds a Leadership and Management Program (LAMP) Professional Certificate from UCSD.
