The GuruLounge is comprised of our Gurus-in-training, to provide tier 1 technical support to all clients. ConcerroConsult continues to provide total client management to optimize each client’s Scheduling and Open Shift Management solutions.

The GuruLounge is your portal to fast, professional customer service and guidance. Through the GuruLounge you have access to all of the Gurus and all of their expertise; so in addition to the support you receive from your Client Services Executive you can also access any of the Gurus to assist you in very specific areas-such as incentive design or change management. In addition to the Gurus, we also have Gurus-in-training that can offer technical support assistance, schedule management for remote and live meetings with Gurus, and offer report assistance to all Concerro clients. They will be your first point of contact when you contact the GuruLounge.
